average battery life

mine lasted 3yrs and over 30,000 miles on my 05 busa i got a new yusa battery for $80.00 o.t.d is good useage out of the battery i thought it should have lasted longer and what do you think about the price i payed for it

That's a good lifespan for a battery. Eighty dollars could be a good price, depending on the model Yuasa that you bought.

Get yourself a Battery Tender, and you will get the most bang for your buck out of the battery.

I have a friend that still has the original in his 02. Keeps a battery tender on it all the time. I plug mine in every time I park it in the garage.

i get 4yrs. out of mine and i'm on my 2nd one. i switched from yuasa which i was quoted a c-note. $80 is a great price! now i use napa and have no problems as of yet.

I have the original in my 2000 w/ 29K. It sat for 3 months & was a little slow to start after that, but fine now. Battery tender was on the racebike.
