Might be your browser settings. Make sure Java is enabled and you don't have some kind of "Pop-up Blocker". It's actually a pop-up overlay on top of Suzuki's site.

I also went to the Suzuki site and got a blank page, it wes a pop up blocker. just hold the control button down when clicking on it and you should be able to get in.
