A couple years ago, I was told by ARAI USA that they won't honor warranties on helmets bought on-line.

Spotrot that is a semi true statement.

There are authorized retailers and authorized E-tailers
Both the warranty will be fine.

The semi truth is for places like individual sellers on Ebay and the like

Sure wish I had the extra cash to pick one of these great helmets up! It's always a good idea to have a few spare helmets at home.
