APE offers the ultimate drop in stroker kit for the Gen 1 Suzuki Hayabusa (1999 - 2007)
This kit consist of a factory gen two crankshaft which gives a 2 mm stroke increase to the gen 1 engine.
These crankshafts have the counterbalancer gear removed, the full APE lightening treatment, rod journal oil holes receive special fluting to keep more oil on the bearing at all times, and then dynamically race balanced to less than 1/3 gram. Balancing spec sheet is included.
Next, genuine Carrillo gen1 H beam rods with the CARR bolts are installed with new Suzuki bearings to precise clearances. Kit also includes a 1 mm spacer plate necessary when increasing the stroke.
Ready to drop into the genii 1 engine with no clearancing or other mods. This kit turns a 1397 motor into a 1441cc.
