Looking for something to protect center of tank, but dont want those big pads. WOuld like something clear. Anyone use the 3m product? Does it come off easy if need be? Thanks

I work as a technician on high end import cars, and we intall a film on the front of some ferrari, the brand name is Auto bond, but Im sure it can be purchased as a 3M product somewhere, it gets installed with water /vinegar solution and is pretty tough, the only downside is you really cant wax it, or at least thats what Ive seen

I put it on mine.
Works perfect.
It is a little tricky to stretch on the curves, but it will go on.
The kit mentioned above is the best bet.

I have the entire front facing plastics, the two rear turn signal and mid section and the tank done in the Invisible Shield and love it! Protects from kicked up gravel and the tank does not wear from laying all over it.
