just wanted to see if that anyone is going ot ride this weekend around chattanooga?? i might go to the skyway sat. if not working . this is my last weekend to ride for a WHOLE month because of work

i be in OHIO working until 1 of sept..thanks

was you there today?? i got ther around 11 a.m. and after seening 16 cops car and 2 cop bikes i left around 1 p.m.. 30 mph @ the gap is NO good ..

Yep...we rode thrpugh three times...we also rode the Skyway, Tn 360, Fontana Dam, and Hellbender 28. There were no cops on the other roads. See my post at...

We're riding today in DE/PA Ray, but I think we're about 10 hrs from Knoxville if I remember correctly

That is just one eleven mile stretch...there are so many great roads to ride up there...TN360, TN68...Cherohala Skyway...NC143...NC28 just to mention a few...

we rode the shyway before i went to the GAP. atleast i could go faster there . then went to the gap and went home. i rode around 550 miles sat and this morning until noon when i got home..not as many miles as you but good enough for a hot day..

we rode to ft.mtn and had a blast. @ 7 in the morning there was NO body there and the fun begin..

The next time you're up there check out the 143/28 loop from Robbinsville to Fontana. No crowds...55mph speed limit...and the road is a lot more fun than the Dragon. The Dragon has it's mystic, but it is definitely not the best road in the area...JMHO
