Anyone know where I can get custom sticker/decal made?

I'm looking for someone or shop who can make the "wings" only from this helmet. I have a solid colored helmet I would love to get these wings made for. lease:

Many computer/design places can do it, look for someone that can print on vinyl, not just cut it. Cutting won't get the detail or gradient of the wings in the pic.

Know nothing about the process,but I'm asuming its tuff to do a decal that will be wrapped on a non flat surface... like a lid.
