Anyone good at vectoring an image?

I have a slightly modified kanji Ive been toying with. It's ruff around the edges not "as clean" as Id like it. Curves and contours are a bit off. The idea is there.

Anyone got skillz enuff to "tighten it up" for me?

I have to replace my decals, and im going to print it on chrome vinyl with a gradiant fade to blue.

email me the picture and i can vectorize it for you, i can also do it in CHROME, i just dont have the vaded blue vinyl...
