Hey Guys a friend of mine asked me to tag along to Sturgis Bike event next month .. So I'm wandering if anyone has ever been , whats it like and who might be going?

about ten times..... it is sport bike heaven...
we went two times when the madness was there.....
the other times we went in June to avoid the crowds. It is worth going to see the madness. First year I had a Vmax.
I took one look at he roads and took my ZX-11 the next year.
You will have a blast.
go to the Alpine Inn in Hill City for Steak. You have to wait, but it is that way all over the Black Hills.
ride Needles Highway, Devil's tower, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horese, Spearfish Canyon, And go to Deadwood. Kevin Costner has a casino there. Go up stairs to eat. All the pics and outfits he wore in his movies are on the wall. I never realized how many he had done.
I could go on and on, there is so much to see. Don't get hooked into Sturgis, it is far too crowded. Ok to go and take a look but it is a constant traffic jam.
get out in the hill country.
I wish I was going... It would be a great place to have a bash....

Actually this first trip, we are taking a van ..Checking things out , We have a new bike product coming out and going to look for bike venders that want to carry the product.. My bro lives in TX and I'm in TN so we will meet in Omaha and drive in. I can only stay about 3 day ..I'm a work-a-holic and gotta get back to running a job. 3 days will be the longest vacation I've had in 20 years .. I raelly want to check out all the bikes , I'm in the mood for another ..Narrowed it down to 3ish ,04 Honda Val. Rude, 07-08 Suzuki Boulevard, 07-08or ZX-14..AS far Sturgis Feed me info PLEASE !
