We are looking at property out in the country and saw this solar panel that was charging a 12 dc battery running some type of relay station. The bigger antenna pointed off at the horizon and the small pointed at a house back down a long driveway.

Verizon has 4GLTE coverage there. Charter is the only cable company in the area and they don't provide service for this address. Definitely some kind of relay, just not sure what.
