Another Ride in the Rain

I took another ride in teh rain with my brother today. It was the last chance I had to ride with him before he left to go back to Montana.

Pic 2: A rest stop, in the rain, after passing thru a patch of hail. This is on Sqaw Pass Rd. at about 11,000 ft. 40 degrees

Not!

Last pic. Idaho Springs. The Argo Gold Mill. Until this was built, gold ore was shipped as far away as England to be prosessed. There was a tunnel leading from here thru the mountain over to Central City. They decided to enlarge the tunnel to get more ore thru. While they were working on enlarging it it collapsed and flooded, dooming the mill.
