Saw alan racing at thee burt munro rally last year a true inspiration ! Watching him compete
on the beach race was awesome esp in the gales when he rode then the cheeky sod
waved to the crowd as he hooned by ! I watched him also in the street racing dodging
Hay bales,gutters etc..soo cool

Watching this fella makes our own personal troubles seem so minor. The bloke has such a great attitude, gives me inspiration to smile and be happy when my morning coffee doesn't turn out well.

We have a WMRRA racer up here who rides an SV650 with only one arm. Makes me glow when I see him on the grid.

I'm thinking I may send Alan a few bucks as a donation towards his racing. Impressive gent to say the least.

Truly amazing! I've seen skiers with disabilities on the slopes (no legs) - that was another eye opening experience. At moments like that, I feel challenge-handicapped, only being able to theorize what such people went through, came out on top, and probably have to go through every day - which of course makes our own troubles to pale in comparison.

Not just ride, but race and win! Wow!
