700B in bailouts and no one knows what they are doing and no sign of anything good coming out of it.. The politicians think we are deaf/dumb and blind to the fact that the money is simply going into someones pockets and not to the people..

Senate seats being sold to the highest bidder and the seller saying he was doing nothing wrong.. J.Jackson Jr also says he was doing nothing illegal either.. (candidate 5)

Auto manufacturers cratering and bailouts are just dollars down the toilet..

Wars on several fronts (I suppose it is about time to tell the rest of the world to take care of itself.. we need to pay attention to US before we become 2nd or 3rd world ourselves)

About time for a revolution here.. Replace all the crooks that think they can just do as they please on our dime...

and worst of all, it is too cold to ride I need a drink.......
 
Good luck on that replacement scheme. Hopefully the state didn't perceive that as a threat :laugh:
 
...oh an dont forget...that the criminal mayor...even though he is under investigation of selling the Senate seat.....can still appoint that seat. :dunno:
 
I dont think there should be a political position or change of any sort to their status/benefits that should not be voted on by the people first.:brave:
 
Theirs corruption in politics from class president up. Makes me sick, but I don't really feel like there's anything I can do.
 
there alot of crooks out there and every once in a while one will get caught, just hard to get rid of all of them!:laugh:
 
I have been in counrties that have gone to he11. We are far from it. Yes, there is corruption but at least it is being exposed rather than accepted as the way to do business.

I agree it is bad but it could be a lot worse.
 
I hear Ford pulled out of the bailout for the auto makers. I also heard that they will have to give up the jets, and no bonuses for executives, among other things.

Just remember that the media is looking for ratings...

Panic increases ratings, ANYTHING they can latch on to in hopes of keeping their viewers glued to the screen...

Just like the republican party has been doing, they use fear to keep folks nodding their heads and focusing on their dog and pony.

Turn off the news, and guess what, nothing changes accept you're much more likely to enjoy your day. If the world REALLY ends, you'll find out soon enough, News networks aren't going to provide much insight to ANYTHING anyway. You are just as well served by praying to god for answers to the worlds problems as you are watching the news.

UNPLUG, and watch how much better your life becomes, the important things still get you, but without all the hype, fear, and propaganda... :thumbsup:
 
Yea good ole Illinois.. And oh yes our now 'President-elect' Barack Obama was bred in this environment.

You think he didn't have a hand in this corruption?? Yea Im sure. The slow conversion to Socialism has long begun, now the main man is going to be in office soon.. And No DadofThree, there's nothing any of us can do, just sit back and try to enjoy the ride if that's possible. :rulez:

Really was not meant as a political statement towards/against anyone.. But do you really think Obamas people had no clue about what Buttheadovich was doing? and yes of course, trauma/drama sells news.. I like a good dose of disaster every few months to keep things real..

And we haven't hit rock bottom yet. I work for the U.S. Postal service and people here are freaking out about the long term employment here. Many cut backs so far and they are trimming back more in the near future. Crossing my fingers here too!!!!
