Air Shifter Help

Hello everyone,
I have been working on my Airshifter for a bit now and I can’t seem to have any luck with it. I shift thru the ecu and it shifts sometimes and doesnt others. It seems like the 1 to 2 is ok sometimes but 2 to 3 is no dice as the rest struggle and i miss the shift nd i i need to finish it with my foot. Its like it needs more pull when I hot the button to completely engage it. This has been super frustrating. I attached a few photos of how it sits. I am using a co2 setup with the ecu kill setup set with a pretty high kill time to make sure its not that and its not. Herrera racing flashed my ecu twice now. Do i need to adjust this in some way that i am missing or set it up another way? Any thoughts would be awesome.

I spoke yo auggie herrera and he said to set it up. Aounds like the ram might need to be adjusted. I need to invest in a ecu editor so i can adjust the time myself.

I would lower the foot shifter, try to make 90 degree with cylinder. like the man said, it doesn't bottom out. should have regulator on co2. make sure that's high enough. I have filter on mine. protect your investment. put on a rearstand and shift with bike running, see if cylinder is doing its job.

Thank you for app the help so far. I am gonna adjuest the ram so its at a 90 degree angle. I think its just having a hard time getting the full shift. Im also gonna verify that the relay us switching and the engine is being killed when i hit the button. If all that is done and it still is inconsistent with ahifts then im gonna look for a leak.

As soon as you get yours working let me know what fixed it. I'm in the same boat. CO2 shifter through ECU Editor on my Gen II and it's never worked correctly.

I was having the same issue with mine and tried moving the ram, shifter, etc. but no dice(I have Matt's(Cycle-Tek CO2 kit with the blue kill box).He said for some reason some Gen II's were having the problem and had me solder a short wire between two points in the box which brought all 4 coils to ground.Immediately fixed the problem and with kill time turned all the way down shifts lightening fast and butter smooth.Probably won't help you guys going through the ECU but works on mine.
