Think it mildly varies state to state.

Generl rule though I think is 16

But if any parent let their 16 year get a Busa. they should be shot on the spot (The parents, and not with a bullet, just a taser and tased a few times, electric shock works wonders )

That's because 40 to 50 year olds generally REVERT back to 16 to 18 year olds

Have you not seen some of the kids now-a-days My step-son is 13 and stands about 5'11" and weighs in at 210lbs. His feet reach the ground better on my Busa than mine
