Ok had my bike re-mapped and fixed the fueling issues I had in spots. Checked my TPS after and its _COO. Will I have to have the map checked again when I adjust the tps to -COO or should I be fine

It should be fine. If you have a powercommander on the bike, go into the software after you adjust your tps and just make sure you see "0" on the tps reading in the pc when the bike is idling. If not you can re-set that in the pc and you will still be fine . . .
