Why would he even stop in the road to look at that thing! Just keep it moving and don't slow down!

I stopped like that to look at a moose near the (paved) road once on tour in Montana but throttled away as soon as I saw her calf come around. Seen Mt Lions and Bobcats too but not staring at me by the side of the road like I’m dinner.

I thought the video would end with one of the lion's friends just snatching him, as he backed up with target fixation on that one lion.

Remember Fonzie jumping the shark? Why did not this guy just jump the lion?

Sucks the video didn't work...it showed superbikes including Hayabusas out in the mud..

You are lucky. In central NC it is really hard to find a road which is not paved.

Here in New Mexico I can get anywhere on dirt we have back roads to literally everywhere.

Yep, lived in Albuquerque for 6 months, you guys are ideal for off the beaten track.
