adjusting rear shock.

YES, I am 6 ft. 220 pds, I went 9 clicks @the top of the shock, turned 2 full turns , and 6 clicks on the bottom of the shock, My 07 Busa is also lowered 2 inches in the rear and it rides alot better now after those adjustments.

I am assuming your talking about damping  settings. If so, the standard setting is 11 clicks rebound and 8 clicks compression. For a stiffer setting use 10 clicks rebound and 7 clicks compression. I weigh 190 ( 200 with leathers) and run a softer setting of 12 rebound and 9 compression. But I am set up for long distance riding which makes the bike more comfortable for me. But for all out performance you need a stiffer setting. You just need to start on the standard, and change 1 (ONE) click at a time and see what the change does. Do this by changing and riding at least 2 miles down THE SAME ROAD ! Then change again until you've got what you want. Just don't hurry it or you will SCREW up everything and have to start all over again (VOICE OF EXPERIENCE)
