Adjustable Dogbones

From this post did anyone ever get any info on this product? Is it good or bad? Just curious, I'm alittle vertically challenged being only 5'6" and am just looking at whats out there and what's good for adjustable dogbones. There's so many choices out there, just trying to get some info on this product.

Do the adjustable ones only go lower or can you also raise the rear with them?

just lower. short adjustment is stock.
