My new extended swingarm extensions are 4" to 6"..

If I go 6" over, how many links do I need in the chain?

Thanks...

If you have Pics of yours stretch please post, and with description of how many " over is it...!

i did a search & turned up this info
2 inches over add 6 links
4 inches over add 12 links
6 inches over add 20 links
8 inches over add 26 links
9 inches over add 28 links
10 inches over add 32 links
12 inches over add 38 links

i am waiting for my 4over to get back from powder coating

I think I got a 150 link but I went about 7".

I don't remember how many links I ended up with, but I can say I started with the 150 link ZZZ, set the wheel where I wanted it, wrapped the chain, then cut it.

Sorry I can't help any more than that, but here's some before and after pics. It's set at 5.5" - 6" over.

with a 530 chain every 2 links will add 5/8's of an inch

+18 links will add about 5 and 5/8's''
+20 liinks 6 and 1/4''

pleae correct me if i am wrong but isnt the stock chain about 112 links...?
if so Fan2zee
that should be a good basis for you to know which length to get..

Sounds about right. I just counted my leftover piece of chain.

Started with a 150 link 530 chain, have a link of 18 links left, so that means on the bike is 132 links.

132 - 112 = 20 links, and I am right around 6" over.
