Been trying to contact for a few days now. Can't get someone on the phone and can not get a return call.

Is this normal for them?

Want a swing arm and my shock re-valved.

Any other suggestions?

mcintosh, theyre customer service is top notch. i have called and either talk to terry or he called me back the same day. cant say enough good things about them.

fwiw i would look into buying a shock vs having yours reworked and sprung. with that money youre getting close to a built one. i picked up a used hyperpro for 500 off pyschobike.

I second going with McIntosh. Best service I have had from the companies I have ordered parts from. Terry is a stand up guy and is very knowledgable.
