99 hayabusa turn signals not working after upgrading to 06 harness

I have a 1999 hayabusa and upgraded to 06 harness.upgraded to flash to pass switch on lt side.when turn lt turn signal on high beam flashes with signal and rt side does not do anything,was told by a friend that wiring needs to be switched,when i unplug rt side switch turn signals work fine but no headlamp.think possible need to upgrade rt switch
any help would be great

your gonna have to rewire since the wriring is different (1 additional wire), you also have a 4 way flasher button correct???....you have to rewire it...if im not mistaken the other housing has nothing to do with the signals (did this a long time ago)
