6lbs just not enough

Why not? There is nothing infringing about making parts for ones own use, "patented" or otherwise.
U.S. Patent Office disagrees with you: "Infringement of a patent consists of the unauthorized making, using, offering for sale, or selling any patented invention within the United States"
Granted it's highly unlikely that what he's doing well result in him being sued, my point was that announcing one's intention to break the law on an open forum, no matter how trivial, is not a good idea.

Any suggestions or comments please feel free to make them known.
Keep GOING ! That's all I got to say. Hope your around the forum when I get to doing this sort of work on my 08. I loved 3 of your pics and figured that would be enough to get the idea across! I love em all nice work Cnc!

When I bought my blackbird injectors they sent the throttle bodies and all. Honda had a billet fuel rail, of course the spacing was off but in the diy attitude and having spent 4000$ on the motor i thought what the heck let me practice my welding and see if i could cut it up and weld it back to work. Heres the result.

Btw, thanks for the compliments everyone. Gives me a little encouragement to keep working. If anyone is in the central fl area hit me up! I am always willing to help out and/or build stuff.

Because of where the mounting screws landed i needed to build the edge up. I drilled a .5 hole and pressed in a .5 rod, milled it back flush and threw some weld on it. The part is cast so the weld isnt pretty but it works. Then i drilled and tapped it and put two pockets for clearance for two screws on the bottom of the gpr.

Finally got around to putting the motor back in the frame. Now on to the intake manifold. Im thinking of machining the bottom plate to have somewhat of a velocity stack/bellmouth. Any have any expierence with this? I did use what info i could find to equate the shape and size of the openings.
