First, I apologize up front for the lack of photos. I only had my cell phone camera. Second, I'm the luckiest sum***** in the world to be able to live and ride in Colorado. The trip began Friday as I headed to Steamboat Springs via the quickest route to meet up with the family.

If you've never experienced Fall in the Colorado Rockies you don't know what you're missing. Anywho, blazed a trail up I70 up to Steamboat where the highlight of my day was visiting the waterfall that is on every Coors can. Left Sunday for home and decided I dislike taking the same route home so I improvised by adding an additional 200 miles to the Friday 350 mile trip.

GoAWOL. Have to agree with you there ref Colorado. Just come back from a 2 week vacation in Denver. Some of the scenery is breathtaking. Below are a few snaps from a visit to St Marys Glacier, and thought the Lake district back home was stunning. I think the snakes were juvenile but not sure what type? Any herpatologist out there to help?
