I have recently installed a 4 into 1 yosh and had it remapped, but the guy at suzuki dealer didn't think he had it right.

So my question is this there is one cylinder blueing and the other are golden. I haven't replaced the plugs yet if that would play a factor in it. I don't have a pc3 yet and would it help set each cylinder or does it set all four at once. I drive over the rode and don't have much time on here

On the PCIIIUSB you go into "Power Commander Tools" then to Cylinder Trim Function" and set them individually from there. The function only appears when the computer is acctually hooked uo to the Power comm. If it is not the option will not even show.

OK thanks, so if I purchase the pc3 then I would be able to set each cylinder. I just wanted to know if the pc3 had this kind of function on it or whether it just set all cylinders at the same time. It just wasn't making sence as to why one cylinder would be running leaner than the other three or if that was the case with the new pipes.

Usually the injectors are all tuned equally from factory. This problem could indicate a problem injector. Dirty/clogged.  Depending on the age of the bike I would take it to a dealer (A good one at that) and have the injectors gone through (Hopefully under warranty). of course installing the Pipes May have voided the warranty

The bike is a 2004 with 5000 miles and I didn't notes the problem till I went from my slip ons to the four into one.
