300+ hp, naturally asperated, falls flat on face @ 9000 rpm

i've seaarched all over the net, including this site, and this appears to be a common problem, and its not just because i have a 300+ hp beast. the problem started when i kille one of the 2 12v batteries, an antigravity lithion ion batt. oncce i re[placed it, i tried to start the bike, but i dont think there was enough fuel. so the fuel pressure regulator seized. after i replaced it and set it to 43 lbs. the bike started fine. now after an awesome 13.99 60 ft, the damn bike hit the rev limiter @ 9000 rpm in every gear. a lot of people said fuel pump, filter, a lot of people said ecu, power commander. does any know what causes this problem, befor i take it to the shop an get raped, cuz they check a dozen things befor they get to the answwer?

(bike has sick paint too, so i been entering show n shine comps, an promotons untill its fixed) let me know if u wanna see more pics lol

Should not have posted pics of those buns if you were looking for help with the bike.
Now we will have ten pages of OMG yummy and not a single bike related post.

Good luck. Hope you get it figured out. But while you're doing that please post more moon pics as they look like they don't have any problems.

I dont understand, the bike hit the rev limiter at 9k (stroker motor?) just to do a 14 second 60 foot? Where is the fuel pump? Is it external to the fuel tank?

its an 8 sec bike in the 1/4. but when i hit the 13.99 sec 60 ft, i had to short shift @ 9000 rpm an ran 10's...i know there is a 7 sec pass in this bike but i gotta figure out this bug!!!

(here is more pics, figure out my problem and i will show u the good ones lol)

its an internal fuel pump, external BOSH fuel pressure reglator. its bouncing off the rev limiter at 9000. the shift light is set @ 11,500 and should redline over 12,600 acording to dyno reaedngs

Fuel PSI and fuel volume are 2 different things. You set the regulator at 43 psi but are you sure you are getting the volume you are needing? Try this. Take the line off the output of the regulator (which is throttle bodies next I assume) and make 2 jumper leads for the tank electrical plug. Put alligator clips on one end of the leads. Those will go to the battery. Forget any wiring other than the input to the fuel pump. You are going to go 12v straight from battery into the pump with those leads and take the hose off regulator and into a bucket with a measuring oz line. I used old paint mix buckets. Run the 12v right to the pump for 30 seconds and measure the amount of fuel in the bucket. It should be around 40oz. If the pump/reservoir/filter is toast, you wont have anywhere near that. Mine was giving me about 16 oz. Hook one lead from + of battery to orange/red on the plug and - lead from battery to black lead on plug.

Prop the tank, you dont have to take it off. Make sure you wrap a little electrical tape around the ends of the leads going to the pump harness so that just enough is going to make contact with the pins. Dont worry, be careful. Prep them good before you hook it up. Just put the clip on the battery ground when you start your stopwatch. You arent going to start a fire, dont get nervous.

What are you running for launch control we had a bike with an MPS Launch master that did the same thing replaced it and problem solved

i have a MPS cpu under there, but its not hooked up to anything. never was. "I" am the launch controll. like i said, the bike was working fine befor i messed up the batteries an FPR.

any other ideas?
