2nd track day on a 'Busa

I installed headlight switch, and quick disconnects for taillight, so it's easy to turn the light off.

The speeds ranged from 20 - 30 for the hairpin to about 120 for a short back straight, and everything in between. This particular course is a very tight and technical one.

Busa handled just fine. Solid as a rock. Turns in as quick as you want it to be.

I ride pretty conservatively compared to others. Don't want to call my wife telling her I crashed, or worse yet someone else calling if you know what I mean.

Thanks for all nice words. Next track day - August 13 - very fast Formula USA course. There is a long back straight, so maybe I will have a chance to do some top speed testing.

Sounds like you had a great time!! Awesome pics. If you lower the tire pressure a little more you will get more grip and a larger tire patch on the ground. I used to run 31 in the front and 30 in the rear. I was running Metezlers. Give'em hell!!

Igor,

Awesome! I can't wait to try out Pocono. Bsrigley and I will be there for the FUSA course on 8/14. I heard it is a bit torn up... What did you think of the pavement quality?

Keep up the good work,
Rip
