Many couldn't make this year's MnG in Eureaka Springs, a couple had to leave far to soon. It was good to see familiar faces again and to meet some good people (Hal & Mary). This was my brothers first trip down.

Food at War Eagle mill didn't disappoint. Katie, the pecan cobbler was delicious!

I got to see the mill operating for the first time and they had just remodeled the first level after it was flooded last December.

Is it bad that I wanted to see if I could get the room decor running?!?

Semi may miss the old parking lot and it's puddles.

Point west always has beautiful views rain or shine!

We visited the pea ridge national military park.
It always saddens me reading about how destructive this war was to this great nation...

After the good people these pictures sum up why I keep coming back to Eureaka, roads like this go on for miles and miles.

Awesome pictures man!!! Glad I got to hang out with you. Hope Hal and Mary are doing OK.

Looking forward to the next meet already.

I need to make it to Eureka Springs one year!

Thanks for the images.
I wanted to go this year so bad - but a broken leg stopped me.

With any luck next year I'll be there.

Thanks again for the images -

How many people actually showed up to this event? Just curious.

Not enough. I don't think people realize how good the roads are in the area. I have been to Colorado and South Dakota, neither compare to the Ozark area in either quantity or quality. With a little planning entire days can be spent on curvy roads.

I rode down from Branson after the rain on Saturday to try to hook up with you guys but missed you. You are correct; the roads in the Ozarks are awesome, and there are more roads around than you can imagine.

Thanks, but I guess my math skills are poor as I don't know what number "Not enough" is.

From the images you posted I think I can tell how good the roads are.
If I had a crystal ball and knew when I would be able to ride (without any problems from the broken leg) I might even consider
making a trip in late Sept or early Oct of this year, since I got cheated of of my plans and reservations to attend when you guys where there last week.
However it's almost always better when others can enjoy the experience (as in a group) instead of me going solo. Time will tell.

Oh well - Next June I will be there IF at all possible.

Sorry to have missed you. We were down south of Jasper all day.
