You sure stole that bike!! Congrats on the purchase. @fallenarch has a great thread on fairing repairs that might come in handy, if you go that route, but I would just replace it, since they are less than $300 new and you saved a ton on purchase of the bike itself

Yeap, sounds about right. Motorsport shows $297.**, but not much cheaper.

I’m pretty good with resin and fiberglass
I’m thinking maybe glass the inside of the plastics., at least it should stop and spread.

I use the pvc/abs multi plastic pipe glue and fiberglass on the inside of the nose. Works great. The glue melts into the plastic for a good bond.

Yep. Works on PVC and all the other plastic pipe and conduit. Scuff off any paint before applying.
