Okay so lets hear em... Mine... I am going to lose a lot of weight this year. More time with friends and more riding....
 
Stop sweating the small things and worry about what matters in life.My wife, my kids and enjoy every day.Oh yeah get more riding in as well
 
My goal is to get myself into GOOD physical condition by spring. I've been on the weights and treadmill for three weeks now and I have another 90 days to toughen up for track season.

At my age I'm very much aware I won't be physically able to continue this track instruction program on a competitive level forever. I'd like to get in a really good season or two while I'm still healthy and enjoy the job. So it's a healthier diet and regular exercise for me in 2012. Also, the better shape I'm in, the more likely I will avoid serious injury during a crash. :beerchug:
 
roll more miles with great friends, ride new roads, make more friends, and cherish every minute i am given to enjoy this fleeting experience called life :beerchug:
 
my main goal is to quit smoking. i really need to badly....secondaries are get back into shape and love my family better
 
1. Lose a few pounds and hit the weights.

3. Make more friends.
4. Meet more women.
5. Make the most of every day.

If I can do one of them, I'll be ahead of the game.

Same here Cap. I'm shooting to loose 50lbs this year to possibly get off of some meds. Hopefully I can get 10-15 off the first two months. I'm signed up to run 2 1/2 marathons and a 25K in March/April.

Rick you should be a 150lbs with all the miles you run.

finish green platoon

go to airborne or air assault school

pass my E5 board

start making up for 10 years of not being there to my little sisters, who somehow still think i'm the coolest person on the planet.
 
I'll be happy if I can work less hours and make the same(get a supervisor job). So i can make more time to go to the gym again which I quit 3 months ago and ride more. Would love to go on a +1000 mile trip.!!!!!
 
1: Stop Smoking
2: Lose 50 pounds (get back down to 235 or so)
3: Ride more this year
4: Get my grades back up to 4.0
5: Enjoy life and stop sweating the petty stuff
