2011 upgrades

I am having my 2011 busa modified , I am adding a vance and hines header , cs1 slip ons , pcv , and an airbox mod . The shop tells me it will run it on the dyno and tune. I was just wondering if there is anything else I should be doing at the same time . Any other thoughts ?
