2009 Suspension Mods

Since I've owned 2 other bikes with modded suspension. 2007 cbr 1000 with ohlins shock and fork internals, 2006 gsxr 750 with stock revalved parts. What direction would be good to go if I was going to throw some money at my suspension?

If money isn't a factor..... Go with Ohlins forks and shock

More budget minded upgrade would be Racetech. They make gold valve kits and springs that work really well.
