2007 busa running rich or lean?

I bought a 2007 busa with a full akrapovic exhuast and power commander already on it, but i noticed the piping is blue and the whole bike feels hot as a day at the sahara dessert. Some buddies told me it might be that the power cammander may be faulty.do i need to re-map the commander? The bike didn't come with the power commander usb connection or maps can someone help me find this part as well?

First thing is disconect the PC and see how it runs. If it runs the same you have a PC problem. If it runs better you have a PC problem that may have lost the map.

Once you know this them try to go to extremes on the PC. Way up way down etc. and see what you have. You may find that some button adjustments will do the trick.
