2006 busa will not turn over

Bike started when i got it.

I added a battery isolator and a second battery not the bike is dead.

I have horn, lights turn signals the works but when I hit the start button nothing.. not a sound.

I did take the tip over switch off when I was putting in the second battery but all is back to normal now.

what am i missing.

I even disconnected the battery isolator and still nothing

Tip switch reinstalled correctly and not hung up? Hear of situations where weighted part of switch can get hung up, not return to center, inside the casing.

Any other alterations to the wiring? It's the little things that'll get ya.
