after 20k miles across US, it's still a blast. 2003 motor: smaller 1st gear, 2mm crank, cut all gears, ragemotorsport gear drive to Quaife diff, PC 5 autotune w quickshift, 172HP @ wheels, 1400LBS, 153 mph. Assessory drive cover replaces starter cover and drives alternator and AC compressor. Stator / rectifier is wired for back-up use only, should I have mech problems. The quaife allows sequential shift 6 spd fwd and aft. Instrument cluster from bike.

Had to convert pics from jpeg due to file size. The header was ceramic coated a few years back. The remaining exhaust is ss. Why two cans?, I tried to get the motor reasonably quiet so that navigating the highways are less troublesome. I just finished a new glass airbox. Tossed the old OEM filter / custom box and installed a cold air set-up made from 1 tube splitting into 2.25 x 10 inch, equal length tubes (reverse header). It was all guesswork. The dyno this weekend.

Note the 'busa character on the rear bumper.

NOTE: original 5 imperial gallon tank; geared for 6k rpm at 80mph. Never really tracked mileage, but a guess is ~20 - 25mpg 'aggressive'.

Almost doubled the original engine size if I remember my 660s right. How did you get it over here?
