2002 busa wont start help!

putting it back together after an accident. the problem is it wont register neutral even though its in neutral. i have ran it through all gears and back nothing. now i put a 99-00 220 mph gauge cluster on it that is supposed to be a plug and play situation. everything works on the cluster.. temp is hot and neutral light is off. let me know what yall think thanks

figured it out it was the flasher side stand relay
