2002 busa...Spark and fuel but no run..need help

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and I have an issue hopefully someone can be of an assistance to me here. I have a 2002 busa that's been running fine up until a few days ago. The last time it was running it was misfiring and shooting blue flame out the exhaust with a loud bang. The bike has no mods done to the engine since I've had and its been running with just the headers for months now with no issue. I don't have an F1 light present and it never came on. I have since checked the spark plugs which were fine since I've replaced them a month ago. The fuel pump is fine and priming. I wasn't sure if the injectors were spraying so I disconnected the harness to the injectors and sprayed starter fluid into the TBs and cranked the motor and still not running. Anyone have any ideas?

How many miles? Its possible it skipped a few teeth..

Are you sure you are getting spark from the plugs? Have you visually checked for spark?

Sounds like it could be a timing issue to me but I too am not an expert.

Ensure the plugs are actually sparking, and make sure the porcelain isn't cracked.

If those are okay, test fuel pressure.

If thats okay suspect Jumped timing chain
