2000 busa won't start

i just bought a 2000 busa that was wrecked last year
the night I bought it, we jumped it and it started right up
brought it home and jumped it and it started up again
next morning put a new battery in and now it cranks but won't start
It only cranks doesn't even sputter

if I spray gas in the intake it starts but only runs on what I spray in

-checked for kinked fuel lines
-fuel pump cycles and pulled the 10mm bolt by the output and it sprays fuel out
- drained the old gas out and put new in
- pulled the fuel rails and injectors an put sea foam in the pump and rails and injectors

still will only start when I spray gas in the intake

It has a power commander III and also a yellow box under the seat with little micro switches on it

does something need reset from changing the battery???

also when the key is on and the run switch is off it says chec on the clock but turn the run switch on and it displays the clock with no errors

its like the injectors aren't triggering or spraying????

thanks for the help
newbee here

thats my thinking too but funny everone of them plugged instantly

try again tomorrow and maybe the sea foam will open them up overnight

anthing else to try to unclog them?

ok let the sea foam sit in it over night
still only starts when i spray gas in the intake

where is the filter? is it the thing built into the pump on the top side?

also no codes come up in dealer mode

noc odes because it probably doesnt run long enough have you checked all your plug in connections under the tank maybe tps switch or something

When you turn on the ignition and hit the run switch, is the PC cycling? (the LED bars moving up and down)

just figured it out:cheerleader:

missed the ground on the power commander when I changed the battery
it had wiring from neons that use to be on it, thought it was for the neons

you were on the right track racerxtex nothing was coming on on the pc

so I went to their site and saw the ground that I missed

thanks all
I'm sure I'll need alot more help, I am putting the powerplant in a sandrail
