2000 Busa starting problems

My 2000 Hayabusa have problems after I ride and the engine is warmed up to temp, If I cut it off and go to start it up, it act likes the battery is dead. But after it sit awhile it starts fine. ( kind of like a car when the timing is off). Any salutions? the battery is new.

All new batteries are not good batteries!!! That batteries could have a bad cell! Try another battery.

When everything is hot, it takes more juice to start up. I went for the high output battery from shintzracing(something like that). And I never have that problem anymore.
