Lots of different ways if you Google it. They run from cheap to $ and from quick to lots of time or "I should have payed a pro to do this"
My favorite if it is not too bad is white vinegar - fill it up and give it a little time. Make sure you rinse it real good then get some light oil or gas in there right away. If you wait it will re rust right away.
