2000 Busa Cam Chain adjuster update

I have the update kit, all the gaskets,oil line,new adjuster and guide. Along with the Manufaturer instuctions..They show it to be a 3.5 hr job....

Is this update needed? Should I go head and do it?

Problems:

Looks like it will be a total ##### to time the cams with the motor in the frame....

I do not have the holder to get the starter gear off of the right crank end...Air gun should get it off, but torquing it back on might be a problem..

Other than that I see little problem with doing the update...

So what do you think?

I got the scoop,,so never mind. I am gonna install the kit tomarrow..Fun,Fun..

If the recall was never done check with your dealer.
They should do it for you free of charge unless there was a time frame on the recall.
