1st Gen 1300r 1st Gear Clater Sound Only In 1st What Is It Any Help?

Hello I have a 07 hayabusa 1300r the motorcycle is perfect but I have just started to have a problem with 1st gear it has a bad cluter sound making it almost impossible to take off from a start u must take off in 2end other than that the motorcycle run great any help???

Can you have someone take a video of you trying to take off in first? Make sure it's close so we can hear what you are describing.
Could it be an issue with you first gear gears?
Not really sure how our transmissions are setup.
Do we have a first gen transmission guru here somewhere?
