I'm a pretty loyal customer to Newegg.com. They have excellent customer service. Had a couple products that were defective and they had no issues making it right. They have great customer product reviews and often video presentations of products done by them to give you a better look at their products. Even if I end up buying from another site, I still use Newegg.com for their reviews. If a bad batch is put out of a certain product, newegg.com usually has reviews on it.
