sold my 86 atc250r last year for $3000. my dad bought it brand new in 86. after sitting in the barn for the last 8 years, a guy that knew i had it offered me the $3000. didnt think that was a bad deal seeing how my dad paid $850 for it brand new.

I think it has to do with the laws, the illegal to sell now do to safety concerns. Think he's just being clever.
