+1 Rear dogbone upgrade

Being under six feet tall, the first thing I did to my bike was install lowering dogbones, closely followed by Pingels up front for the same purpose.
Just ordered a Tobin seat on the Group Buy, and as soon as I get it back plan to go back to stock height in the rear. If I leave the front 1" lowered, will there be any difference between that and putting +1 links on the rear of a stock front bike?

Same advantages re: turn-in and handling?

I think it may have the same turn in feel, but I dont think you will have the same clearance with the hard parts in a good lean in.

What he said,

if you lower the front to improve handling, you sacrifice ground clearance.

if you raise the rear to improve handling, you improve ground clearance.
