08 black/grey oem shoei helmet

I know shoei has a new line up (x-12,RF 1100) but I could not pass up this deal. $260.00. What do you guys think? Couple left at a dealer in Philly. Again, a price like this, is unheard of here in Hawaii.

Pics... I just payed 400 bucks for a new black gloss shoei x-11. I don't know how good of a deal it was, but it was the best I've been able to come up with. If you can get it for 260 and its in good condition and fits you well, better snatch it up.
