06 Busa problems with APS

went out the other day and tried to start the busa and the fuel pump didnt prime.. tried a few more times nothing... then i raised the tank and moved a wire on the Atmospheric pressure sensor and the fuel pump kicked on...

Tried it a few more times and the pumped kept coming on. So i then took it for a ride and the F1 light starting blinking and the bike jerked and acted like it wanted to cut off..

when i got it back home and cut it off it started back up like nothing was wrong took off again and the F1 did it again so put it in dealer mode and got the C22 code

So i was wondering if it was just the APS going bad or could it be something more?

I would probably get a new APS, but I'm not a mechanic
