Bessie

My first (and still) Busa...

General Information

Bessie is a 2001 Busa that I bought used (700 miles) while I was living in Japan. She was an American spec bike brought over by a Navy Officer who got scared in traffic the very first time he rode her overseas. She has been through it all. She has been cared for, worked on and ridden by several oRg members - I have owned her longer than any other vehicle in my life - going on 15 years. She is the reason that I joined the oRg.

This is her about a week after I bought her:

Great looking bike, what sort of forks are on her?
It would be nice to see the paint on the tank, I'm guessing it's as nice as the rest of the paint?
Mmmmmmm.... Ohlins sex shock too, mmmmm oh yeah !

Ohlins forks, Ohlins rear shock and Ohlins Steering Damper. The tank is the same blue and silver, but there are a few scratches and a dent on it :)
