Greetings,

First, I have several pictures to upload.

PLEASE let me load entire thread before comments.

I wanted to get these Gilles adjusters installed today but I did not want to remove any more than needed.

I figured if I could block the rear wheel from movement I would not have to remove the rear brake caliper.

Here are the adjusters.

Then I gently tapped the axle out. If you prefer tie the caliper support rod to the frame.

This will avoid the caliper dropping towards the wheel.

Axle is removed.

Then install Gilles adjusters. You have to back out the adjuster to get the bolt into the frame.

After bolt is intalled line up opening. Left side.

note: use loctite blue.

Then the right side.

Grease axle and tap through. Wheel has some movement.

Use the axle nut to draw the axle snug.

Adjut the chain and torque axle bolt to 72.5 ft. pounds.

Chain adjustment took all of 30 seconds. Wonderful!

This mod comes highly recomended and should be on everyones Christmas list.

all done..

On a serious note the ABM rotors with Carbon Lorrane pads, as golden child told me, are awesome.

What a difference. never go back.

very nice & thanks for write up - every bit helps
i had already ordered them. they should be here soon

Are they street legal? I don't see why they would not be, but I was looking at them in the past and the manufacure was saying for track use only.

Great pics and write up.
