as far as the Sony cybershots go there OK mine takes a great pic but they arnt too tuff daughter dropped mine when it was on. busted the lens housing cost about half of what the camera cost to fix.

 i got the p200 7.2 megapixel  they can be had for 300 to 350 range. but honestly after playing around with other brands my next one will be a canon sd400

I used clear visor for that screen. Very thin and flexible. Optical quality is very good. Passport mount from pepboys, about $6. It mounts far enough so I can see it very good.
That combination saved my ass numerous times.
Passport is better then Val1 because of much less faulty alarms. I have both and I prefer Passport.
Sooner or later one of those proud-of-youself-cops will catch me speeding. Lazy bastards have nothing better to do anyway.

Then they will call for backup. I know that..........
